Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years experience in software testing
- Practical knowledge of manual testing, especially functional, integration, and regression tests
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1) for daily cooperation with German-speaking stakeholders
- English language skills at least at B2 level
- Experience in projects for the insurance industry
- Ability to analyze business requirements and prepare test documentation
- Knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Xray
Obowiązki
- Analysis of business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Preparation of test scenarios and cases for new functionalities
- Execution of functional, integration, and regression tests
- Reporting, verifying, and monitoring defects until resolution
- Close collaboration with the project team during sprint execution
- Participation in Scrum ceremonies and support for high-quality software delivery
- Assessing readiness of functionalities for deployment according to quality criteria
- Identifying potential risks and proposing improvements in the testing process
- Creating and updating test documentation
