SAP Enterprise Architect

Convista Poland is a company operating in the SAP domain, focusing on SAP Architecture and Enterprise Architecture consulting for medium and large clients. The role involves working on modern SAP solutions including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, integration, analytics, AI services, and cloud solutions within projects in the DACH market.

• Several years of experience in SAP Architecture consulting, Enterprise Architecture, or similar roles.
• Ability to design architecture and translate it into practical execution plans.
• Experience leading or supporting development teams in SAP projects.
• Skilled in client communication at strategic and technical levels.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics for business and management.
• Experience in creating roadmaps, target architectures, and transformation plans.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B2).
• Deep knowledge of SAP systems, especially S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Experience with Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Build.
• Knowledge of migration paths from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture tools like LeanIX, Signavio, or SAP Cloud ALM.
• Understanding of Clean Core concepts and SAP extensibility based on ABAP Cloud and BTP.
• Understanding of cloud operation models such as RISE with SAP.

Nice to have:

• Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects for medium and large organizations.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of the DACH market.
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with AI, data, and cloud solutions.

• Provide SAP architectural consultancy from strategy through implementation.
• Lead development teams and ensure practical realization of architecture plans.
• Support clients with SAP solutions such as Business Data Cloud and strategic use of SAP BTP services.
• Conduct Architecture Reviews, Fit-Gap Analyses, and assist in technology decision making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders at decision-making levels.
• Develop internal architectural know-how, methodologies, and reusable assets.
• Advise on Clean Core Strategy, extensibility, and governance models.
• Create target architecture models, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
• Design and develop Enterprise Architecture models using tools like LeanIX.
