Data Quality Analyst (French Speaking)

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Knowledge of digital products and an understanding of digital tagging and analytics measurement technologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (or similar data tools).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective internal and external interaction.
• Experience in a client-facing role or providing support to clients is desirable.
• Project management skills to drive tasks and documentation to completion.

Nice to have:

• Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with quality assurance processes and documentation.

• Conduct comprehensive testing, checking, and monitoring of data and delivery processes for Digital Content Products, primarily in France.
• Oversee and monitor data outputs and final deliveries to clients.
• Communicate with clients and provide support during client calls and in-person meetings related to data quality and monitoring in French.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to enhance existing processes and products and successfully introduce new measurement technologies.
• Provide guidance and serve as the primary escalation point for all quality and monitoring inquiries from team members.
• Document and maintain all processes and quality assurance procedures.
