Software Engineer 2 (Java / Kotlin) - Partner Workspace

Allegro’s development teams include more than 1700 IT experts working at unique scale and complexity. The specific team is a small, agile startup-like group based mostly in Warsaw, consisting of six developers and a dedicated Product Manager. The team works in a mature Scrum environment, handling full-stack development including UI frontend, backend services, and large-scale data processing. They integrate AI-driven tools in workflows to build a scalable, future-proof platform as part of The One Account initiative to unify Allegro’s ecosystem.

• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin
• Ability to accept comments and share knowledge during code reviews
• Desire to solve meaningful business and technical problems
• Willingness to occasionally develop frontend components
• English language proficiency at B2+ level
• Ability to travel quarterly between Warsaw and Poznań
• Teamwork skills
