Open Banking Product Manager

HSBC Technology Poland is hiring for the role of Open Banking Product Manager, responsible for delivering new Open Banking products and services to enhance Retail Banking Wealth customer experiences and support the ambition of becoming a consumer payments leader.

• Proven experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Project Management in a digital environment or digital product.
• Experience in requirements definition and strong commercial acumen to translate into world-class customer experiences.
• Good understanding of risk management and proactive mitigation or escalation of risks and issues.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to different audiences.
• Ability to operate autonomously and flexibly in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Knowledge of Open Banking, including understanding of the UK regulatory environment, use cases, and market insights is highly desirable.

• Lead the delivery of commercially driven Open Banking use cases for Retail Banking Wealth, enhancing customer experiences and driving cost reduction or revenue.
• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to showcase Open Banking, identify opportunities, and develop business cases.
• Work with technology teams and external vendors to ensure requirements are understood and products/services meet customer needs.
• Identify and manage risks and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, Open Banking best practices, and HSBC policies; escalate when required.
• Act as Product Owner for Open Banking products/services in production to ensure performance, compliance, and alignment with changing customer needs and industry dynamics.
• Assist the Head of Open Banking Product in managing strategic vendors and external organizations such as schemes and standards bodies.
