This role supports the development, testing, and quality assurance of CRM solutions that facilitate multi-channel marketing campaigns. It is offered for a client in the banking industry, based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model.
Wymagania
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Involvement in implementing complex multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience with regression testing
- Knowledge of SAS Viya
- Good command of Python
- Good command of SQL
- Experience with SAS Customer Intelligence 360 (CI360)
- Knowledge of SAS Visual Analytics
Nice to have:
- Experience in Agile environments
- Collaboration with development teams
- Familiarity with additional analytical and reporting tools
- Experience in test automation and using test management tools
Obowiązki
- Test functionalities of CRM systems
- Create, maintain, and execute test scenarios
- Perform regression testing and automate selected test processes
- Develop decision diagrams and process documentation
- Support business users regarding CRM system operations
- Collaborate on the development and deployment of new features
- Analyze test results and report defects
- Cooperate with business, analytical, and technical teams
