Product Owner

NN is a company where the Product Owner collaborates with multidisciplinary teams including AI, UX, Design, Engineering, Content, and Business teams as well as external technology partners, data providers, and system owners including ATS platforms.

• Proven experience leading product initiatives in Agile (Scrum) environments, including roadmap management and prioritization.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across AI, UX, Design, Engineering, Content, and Business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage, influence, and align across organizational levels.
• Experience collaborating with external partners, technology vendors, and owners of data platforms including ATS ecosystems.
• Analytical and business mindset capable of defining and optimizing product KPIs like conversion and engagement.
• Ownership mentality with ability to lead initiatives from strategy through implementation and scaling.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with adaptability and prioritization.
• Fluent in English and Polish, comfortable working with international stakeholders and teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-enabled products, digital platforms, or customer-facing solutions.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
• Experience leading product initiatives in international and multi-market organizations.

• Create, maintain and communicate the team roadmap in cooperation with the Chief Product Owner.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Use customer feedback, stakeholder input, and experimentation to validate product hypotheses.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of new functionalities including dependencies across teams and external partners.
• Organise and facilitate Sprint Reviews and product demonstrations to gather feedback and measure progress.
• Define the Product Goal and ensure team focus on delivering outcomes aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new functionalities by coordinating stakeholders and supporting release readiness.
