Software Project Manager

We are currently looking for an Experienced Software Project Manager to join a team developing advanced avionics software and electronic systems used in the aviation industry.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Project Manager or in a similar role
• Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Practical knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and GitLab
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is an advantage

• Managing end-to-end software project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, including software engineers, system engineers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders
• Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitating communication between technical teams and management
• Ensuring software projects follow industry standards and best practices
• Driving continuous improvements in project management processes
• Supporting change management and maintaining project documentation
