• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Looker, including LookML development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., BigQuery).
• Experience in data modeling, ETL concepts, and data warehousing.
• Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software development cycle.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools.
• Experience with CI/CD process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery.
• Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality practices.
• Experience with APIs, embedded analytics, and Looker extensions.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions using Google Looker (LookML).
• Architect scalable data models and semantic layers to support reporting and analytics.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and BI solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on data usage and BI best practices.
• Design and maintain LookML models, explores, and views.
• Work with data engineers to ensure reliable, high-quality data pipelines.
• Optimize query performance and data structures for efficiency.
• Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Support business teams in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
• Establish and enforce BI standards, data governance, and documentation practices.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI solutions.
