IT Support Specialist (with Dutch)

• Fluent knowledge of Dutch language (minimum C1 level)
• Conversational knowledge of English language (minimum B2 level)

• Maintain professional, cooperation-oriented communication with clients to build trust and resolve issues
• Act as interface with resolving teams to ensure effective collaboration
• Own, build, negotiate, and establish processes with resolving teams, including documentation
• Drive and contribute to Service Desk Knowledge Base with content quality and review
• Support backlog management and assist on the Genesys queue when required
• Contribute to CSAT process and support Incident Managers
• Handle specific “Ask a Question” requests requiring deep client knowledge
• Provide strong support to Tier 1 agents by guiding and coaching on Knowledge Base usage
