AI Enablement Lead

TechTree is a company seeking a senior AI Enablement Lead to drive internal AI transformation and adoption across the organization.

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with fluency in engineering practices
• Competence in at least one language (Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP) for integrations and prototypes
• 1+ year of deep hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT), understanding prompt design and model limitations
• Proven experience configuring or building AI-assisted developer tools like AI coding assistants, RAG architectures, and agents
• Strong API integration skills including RESTful services, authentication, and webhooks
• Solid Git workflow knowledge
• Understanding of data security, privacy, and access-control concepts
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts and create useful training materials
• Experience mentoring, onboarding, running talks, or building communities of practice
• Ability to influence adoption across teams without direct authority
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and presentations
• Proactive, analytical, and able to define roadmap in ambiguous contexts
• English language proficiency minimum B2, preferably C1

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Claude, Cowork, and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Background in Developer Advocacy, Developer Relations, or technical enablement
• Experience creating formal technical documentation, courseware, or developer content
• Familiarity with React/Next.js for internal tools and demos
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, or vector databases
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and containerized environments, Kubernetes is a plus

• Hands-on installation, configuration, and integration of AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) with internal systems via MCP servers
• Lead phased AI adoption starting with engineering teams and expanding to non-technical departments
• Create and evolve training curricula, playbooks, workshops, and documentation for LLMs
• Codify AI prompting guidelines, build AI-ready documentation, and establish reusable workflows
• Identify, train, and support a community of AI advocates within teams
• Define and implement data privacy, prompt hygiene, and IP security guardrails in cooperation with Security, IT, and Legal
• Maintain an evidence-based methodology for AI tool selection based on internal workflows
• Track AI adoption metrics to measure impact and identify investment areas
• Prototype integrations, use AI tools daily, and build reference workflows
• Occasionally travel for in-person workshops, team onboarding, and collaboration
