AI Adoption Manager

TechTree is hiring for an AI Adoption Manager role based in Gdańsk with a hybrid work model. The position is senior level within the CEO Office and focuses on driving AI skills development company-wide, especially outside tech teams, collaborating closely with the AI Enablement Lead in IT.

• 5+ years experience in change management, internal communications, L&D, consulting, or similar roles driving organizational behavioral change
• Proven leadership in internal transformation or adoption programs
• Experience presenting to C-suite and acting as a strategic partner
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot beyond casual use
• Solid understanding of AI landscape, capabilities, and limits
• High digital fluency and independent evaluation of new AI solutions
• Exceptional written and verbal English (minimum C1 level)
• Ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and lead workshops and briefings
• Strong data literacy and data-driven decision-making skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in tech or e-commerce environments
• Familiarity with SharePoint and M365 knowledge management
• Experience with digital learning platforms (LMS, e-learning tools)
• Background in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or community management
• Knowledge of data privacy, AI governance, or Responsible AI principles

• Co-design and deliver AI training for non-technical teams including workshops, e-learning, playbooks, and role-specific learning paths
• Recruit, train, and retain an AI Ambassador network across business units
• Own and continuously update the AI Knowledge Hub on SharePoint
• Define and report AI adoption metrics; design interventions to improve adoption
• Maintain internal AI communications such as newsletters, success showcases, and briefings
• Assist department heads with pilot design, use case formulation, and scaling
• Monitor AI tools, use cases, and industry benchmarks regularly
• Collaborate with AI Enablement Lead, IT, Security, and Legal to ensure policy-compliant adoption
