IT Project Manager (m/k)

• Experience managing IT products, especially in CRM and PRM.
• Commercial experience with Microsoft technologies: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience conducting sales meetings and preparing effective presentations for potential clients.
• Knowledge of technological and market trends in Customer and Partner Engagement.
• Ability to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Very good command of English language (C1/C2).

Main responsibilities:

• Define and implement product development strategy.
• Ensure compliance with market requirements and client expectations.
• Manage product backlog and roadmap.
• Collaborate with development team, stakeholders, and clients.
• Analyze market, competition, and technology trends.
• Optimize processes and increase business value of products.

Strategy and product development:

• Contribute to product vision and development directions.
• Collect, identify, and prioritize business needs.
• Prepare analyses of market situation and trends.
• Implement and develop product strategy.
• Build and maintain product backlog and roadmap, both business and technical.
• Ensure consistency of solution's logical architecture and business processes execution.

Process and team management:

• Participate in building a self-organizing project team.
• Cooperate in creating project execution schedules based on scope, sprint division, external factors, and business expectations.
• Conduct agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospectives.
• Ensure high quality of work and timely project completion.
• Set clear expectations, track project progress, and provide feedback.

Stakeholder relations and communication:

• Maintain clear and factual communication with clients and develop partnership-based relationships.
• Report results and identify and report critical obstacles to project goals achievement.
• Represent the company, product, and values at business meetings, conferences, and trade fairs.

Financial and efficiency management:

• Control project budget and monitor profitability.
• Optimize costs and ensure efficient resource utilization.
