• At least 4 years of IT industry experience and a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years working with the SharePoint platform, including development and maintenance of custom solutions, workflows, timer jobs, functions, and components based on SharePoint SDK.
• At least one intermediate-level certification in software development.
• Practical experience designing and developing applications using Microsoft .NET / .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL), and working with Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of system integration using REST API, HTTP API, and web services.
• Experience developing modern web applications following responsive design principles using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivering solutions from analysis through deployment and maintenance.
• Ability to design solutions using UML and practical knowledge of enterprise architectural patterns.
• Experience developing multi-layer applications covering data, business logic, and user interface layers.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and experience working in Agile project teams.
• Ability to prepare and maintain high-quality technical documentation and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience acting as a technical expert or leader in IT projects.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint 2019-based solutions supporting key business and operational processes.
• Create and enhance custom SharePoint components including workflows, timer jobs, and functions using SharePoint SDK.
• Develop solutions using Microsoft .NET / .NET Core following best architectural practices.
• Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using REST API, HTTP Services, and WCF.
• Support development of modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
• Analyze business and technical requirements, prepare solution concepts, and estimate development tasks.
• Oversee code quality, version control, and deployments utilizing Git and Azure DevOps.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues and recommend architectural improvements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support project and development standards.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and provide technical consulting to stakeholders.
