GEOINT Analyst (EU Public)

Britenet is a European IT company with strong Polish roots, trusted by more than 200 business partners globally. This role is part of a project related to the development, consulting, and support of IT systems for Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency focused on the management of the EU's external borders and fighting cross-border crime.

• Master's degree, preferably in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar GIS-related position.
• Working knowledge of GIS software and analysis tools including ESRI’s ArcGIS platform.
• Working knowledge of operational GEOINT exploitation processes, policies, and production cycles.
• Working knowledge in GEOINT collection and methodologies of Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) or Advanced GEOINT (AGI).
• Expertise in designing and producing digital maps with geographic data.
• Expertise in geo-data management.
• Experience in analyzing, discovering patterns and trends through spatial mapping of data.
• Ability to produce maps showing spatial distribution from various information sources.
• Design, create, and maintain geoprocessing tools.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level (certification is an advantage).
• Readiness to work occasionally from the client’s office in Warsaw (at least 5 times per month).

• Analyze geographic data from several sources to gather and analyze spatial data for maps and strategic reports.
• Support decision making by providing insights based on geospatial analysis to guide border management.
• Maintain databases of geographic information ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop intelligence products such as maps, charts, and graphs to communicate complex geospatial information.
• Collaborate with analysts, field operators, and policymakers to integrate geospatial intelligence into plans and operations.
• Stay updated with developments in GIS technology and geospatial analysis techniques.

Applicants must be ready to work occasionally from the client's office in Warsaw (minimum 5 times per month).
