GIS Data Analyst (EU Public)

Britenet is a European IT company with strong Polish roots, trusted by more than 200 business partners worldwide. The project involves development, consulting, and support of IT systems for Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency supporting EU Member States and Schengen-associated countries in external border management and cross-border crime prevention.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience
• Minimum 5 years in a similar GIS position
• Experience creating requests for data to OGC services and other data APIs
• Experience designing data-driven map templates
• Experience building geoprocessing services hosted on ArcGIS Server
• Very good knowledge of ArcGIS Pro data processing tools
• Experience applying SQL commands
• Working knowledge of geodata emerging technology and ESRI’s ArcGIS platform
• Expertise in Python programming
• Strong knowledge in applying ArcSDE tools and processes in enterprise geodata
• Proficiency in ArcGIS software and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL
• Proficiency in English at minimum B2 level
• Readiness to work from client’s office in Warsaw occasionally (at least 5 times per month)
• Personal Security Clearance required (security screening to be initiated within first 45 days)

• Support on daily general geodata tasks
• Manage unclassified/classified geospatial data based on enterprise ArcSDE
• Maintain metadata
• Contribute to and validate geodata dictionaries and taxonomies
• Maintain geo-data integrity ensuring accuracy and reliability using ArcSDE tools
• Create geoprocessing tools using Python, model builder, or other technologies
• Implement procedures to validate and improve spatial data quality
• Participate in project team meetings

Personal Security Clearance is required (security screening process must be initiated within first 45 days of assignment). Readiness to work occasionally from the client’s office in Warsaw (at least 5 times per month).
