IT Software Developer - Windchill PLM

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Profound experience with PTC Windchill and its product suite (PDMLink, PTC Thingworx Navigate, Project Link).
• Proficiency in Java programming and experience with Windchill APIs for customization.
• Strong background in Cloud technology.
• Experience in PLM Methodology, BoM Lifecycle, Data Migration, Change Process, Data Classification, Document Management.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English required; German is a plus.
• Legal work authorization to work in Poland is required.

Desired:

• Experience with Catia and/or PTC Creo.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, SQL, and Relational Databases.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain the Windchill PLM system to support product development and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windchill configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Consult in the design of platform upgrades and ensure their successful implementation.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand technical requirements and define architectural solutions.
• Stay updated with Windchill software updates, new features, and industry best practices to optimize system performance.
• Participate as a member of an agile team in an international environment.
