Senior IT Delivery Manager

LeanCode builds core technology solutions for global, large-scale organizations. They specialize as a global leader and official consultancy in Flutter, working closely with Google and delivering projects worldwide, including the US, LatAm, Europe, and Australia. Their strategy focuses on Flutter for Enterprise & Scaleups and AI Transformation to help software teams adopt AI-assisted development. The team consists of 75+ engineers, designers, and specialists.

• Experience in software delivery, account management, client success, or project/engagement management in a tech service company.
• 2+ years leading or managing a team of Coordinators/Project Managers in a software delivery agency.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and operational mindset.
• Ability to anticipate risks and proactively solve problems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Business awareness to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Experience working with US-based enterprise clients is a significant advantage.
• Very good command of both Polish and English.

• Managing the Team of Project Coordinators.
• Post-sales handover and project setup.
• Overseeing project execution, monitoring project risks, and coordinating resource allocation to maintain delivery and profitability.
• Monitoring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Tracking contract timelines and ensuring timely renewals.
• Identifying growth and upsell opportunities.
• Leading recruitment efforts for new Project Coordinators.
