Motorola Solutions Systems Polska is hiring for a Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join the Common ASTRO DevOps team supporting ASTRO Public Safety Systems. The role involves shared CI/CD platform ownership with focus on Ansible automation, supporting infrastructure both on-prem and in AWS, and collaboration with application teams.
Wymagania
- Over 4 years of solid experience in OnPrem CI/CD and infrastructure automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and automation using Python, Groovy, or Bash
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins troubleshooting, pipeline support, and CI/CD improvements
- Strong Linux skills, specifically with Red Hat, and operational troubleshooting
- Experience with Git and Artifactory
- Ability to solve cross-system issues and review solutions from other teams
- Commitment to code quality and clean code practices
- Effective English communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with KVM or other on-prem delivery infrastructure
- Experience with release engineering and package signing
- Experience mentoring engineers and promoting self-service models
Obowiązki
- Take part in automation and operational improvements across on-prem and AWS environments
- Focus on Ansible-driven configuration and CI environment support
- Support Jenkins pipeline troubleshooting and CI/CD improvements
- Manage Artifactory flows and release-support tooling
- Guide application teams and review technical changes
- Drive pragmatic platform decisions across the organization
