• Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML with expertise in building and deploying advanced solutions.
• Mastery of Python and ML/AI frameworks and libraries such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, and Streamlit.
• In-depth understanding of RAG, fine-tuning, and semantic search.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and containerization tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale AI projects.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in English and Polish languages.

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Architect and deploy models, including fine-tuned large language models and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Drive innovation by researching and integrating AI technologies and frameworks.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, sharing best practices and conducting technical reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI strategies and align solutions with organizational goals.
• Optimize AI workflows with cloud services such as Azure Functions, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Contribute to organizational thought leadership in AI, proposing new use cases and exploring cutting-edge technologies.
