The Engineering & Operations team handles recruitments for specialist, expert, and management positions in industries including automotive, machinery, production, electronics, FMCG, transport, logistics, chemicals, mining, construction, real estate, and renewable energy.

• Strong knowledge of at least one of the following industries: automotive, machinery, production, electronics, FMCG, transport, logistics, chemical, mining, construction, or energy.
• Experience in B2B service sales and negotiation.
• Experience with 360, end-to-end recruitment.
• Good command of English language (minimum B2).
• Desire to join one of the best recruitment companies in Poland.

• Identifying and contacting suitable candidates as a Headhunter.
• Conducting candidate interviews in Polish and English.
• Developing business by acquiring clients and negotiating commercial terms and rates.
• Advising and supporting candidates during the recruitment process.
• Becoming an expert in the field and earning high placement bonuses.
