Solution Architect

Chaos Gears is a leading AWS Partner in Europe supporting organizations throughout their cloud journey by delivering cloud-native architectures and modernization. The company focuses on secure, scalable platforms on AWS, advanced Data & AI technologies, and transformative cloud projects.

• Deep, hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem (5+ years), including infrastructure, data, and AI services.
• Proven experience designing distributed systems and leading large-scale cloud migrations or greenfield cloud environments.
• Strong background in DevOps and automation, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and Security by Design.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or relevant AWS Specialty certifications highly desirable.
• Experience in consulting or partner environments managing multiple stakeholders and diverse technical landscapes.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools daily (e.g., Claude Cowork).
• Fluency in both English (C1) and Polish (C1), written and spoken.

AWS Architecture & Design:

• Design end-to-end, cloud-native solutions using the full breadth of AWS services.
• Ensure architectural integrity under the AWS Well-Architected Framework standards.
• Define and oversee Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt) automation strategies.
• Drive adoption of advanced patterns like Kubernetes (EKS), Serverless (Lambda, Fargate), and event-driven architectures.

Technical Project Leadership & Support:

• Provide technical guidance and act as the "North Star" for engineering teams during implementation.
• Solve complex technical issues including networking and performance bottlenecks.
• Lead development of Proofs of Concept and MVPs to validate assumptions and mitigate risks.
• Conduct code and infrastructure reviews to ensure alignment with architectural vision.

Strategic Client Advisory:

• Lead technical discovery workshops with client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client C-levels and IT directors to design long-term cloud transformation roadmaps.
• Participate in pre-sales as a technical expert, estimating effort and defining project scopes.
• Prepare and lead client workshops and solution presentations.
