Business Analyst

Cyclad collaborates with top international IT companies to deliver advanced technologies shaping the future. This position supports data-driven initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry as part of an international team.

• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, user stories, JIRA, and AirFocus.
• Experience working with complex integrated systems.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP).
• Understanding of data analysis concepts, preferably within consent management.
• Experience supporting end-to-end data solution delivery.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in international and virtual teams.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Experience delivering data-related projects supporting clinical trial planning, execution, or analysis.
• Knowledge of User-Centered Design and Design Thinking.
• Experience with UX, prototyping, UI design, or business process design.
• Experience working in global, multicultural organizations.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand consent management processes and business needs.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and maintain product backlog using JIRA and AirFocus.
• Support design and implementation of data solutions in an Agile environment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and system integrations.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards, including GxP requirements.
• Support end-to-end delivery of data solutions from analysis through implementation.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and business transformation initiatives.
