• Strong experience building end-to-end solutions across backend and frontend
• Strong commercial experience with Java and Kotlin
• Focus on software quality, maintainability, and real business impact
• Active and pragmatic use of AI tools

• Independently deliver end-to-end technical solutions
• Collaborate directly with technical and business stakeholders
• Structure implementation scope and estimate effort
• Balance engineering quality with pragmatic delivery decisions
