CG Supervisor

Wojan Studio is producing a feature-length animated film targeting young audiences. The production is primarily based on Maya, with use of other tools such as Blender, Houdini, and Nuke. The studio operates on-site in Warsaw and focuses on high-end CG and stylized animation for children and family audiences.

• Previous experience as a CG Supervisor, VFX Supervisor, or CG Department Lead on animated feature films, shorts, or other high-end CG productions.
• Deep understanding of Lighting, Rendering, and Compositing workflows.
• Solid understanding of character-driven CG production and large-scale animation pipelines.
• Experience working with Creative Leadership and Production Teams.
• Production experience with Maya, Houdini, and Nuke.
• Experience with Blender is a plus.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

• Broad understanding of creative, technical, and production challenges in animated filmmaking.

• Lead and support a team of 30+ artists throughout production.
• Collaborate with Director, Producers, Art Directors, and Department Leads to realize the creative vision.
• Serve as senior creative leader partnering with Production and Executive Stakeholders.
• Provide daily work reviews, clear feedback, and solve creative and technical challenges.
• Establish production workflows and quality standards.
• Partner with Technical Directors, Pipeline TDs, and AI Lead to improve production tools.
• Own delivery quality and team success.
