Wymagania

  • At least 3 years of experience in software and ML/AI engineering
  • Problem-solving mindset with client business understanding
  • Active user of LLMs, agents, and frontier AI tooling
  • Genuine interest in healthcare technology
  • Full-stack engineering skills with core expertise in Python and AI
  • Good communication skills for internal and client interaction
  • Ability to take ownership from idea to production

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of healthcare domain systems, standards, and formats (e.g. HL7/FHIR, DICOM, Nextflow)
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in CS, Biomedical Engineering, ECE, or related
  • Experience with classical ML, deep learning frameworks, and modern LLM stack
  • Experience with data engineering and workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, n8n)
  • Strong cloud skills (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP welcome)
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to Poznań, Poland

Obowiązki

  • Architect solutions to problems in healthcare and life sciences
  • Build and integrate AI components including classical ML and LLM-based agents
  • Handle data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and surrounding systems for production
  • Integrate solutions into clients' applications and systems
  • Ensure solutions work correctly through the entire MLOps lifecycle
  • Share knowledge and learning with the team during tech sessions
