IT Support Specialist

Enfinitec Poland sp. z o.o., is Enfinitec Group subsidiary responsible for providing multi brand like repair, refurbishment, technical consultation, fulfillment & reverse logistics, quality, call center etc. to fulfill customers’ needs end to end.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in IT support or IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and drive issues through to resolution.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint management, and basic server administration.
• Experience supporting server infrastructure, networking, or enterprise IT environments is an advantage.

• Provide IT support to local and remote end users across the office, warehouse, and repair center.
• Deliver first- and second-line technical support, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and maintain approximately 500 endpoint devices, ensuring they are secure, up to date, and compliant with company standards.
• Administer and support the Microsoft Entra ID environment, including user and access management.
• Support and maintain office printers and label printing solutions.
• Provide support for the local server infrastructure and related IT services.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the site's CCTV system.
• Support handheld mobile terminals used in warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with the Facilities team on infrastructure-related projects and day-to-day operational activities.
• Participate in the implementation of new IT solutions and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with EMEA IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes.
