Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET/Desktop/Web)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a team responsible for developing and maintaining business applications that support HR processes. The employer is a leading provider of ERP and HR solutions in the Polish market, focusing on Microsoft technologies and relational SQL databases.

• 2–5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET platform (.NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 6+).
• Experience in developing and maintaining desktop applications using WinForms and/or WPF.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with React or another modern front-end framework.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud solutions.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• English proficiency at minimum B1/B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with ERP, HR, or payroll systems.
• Understanding of software design principles and patterns.

• Develop, maintain, and modernize desktop and web applications using the .NET platform.
• Work across backend and frontend layers using C#, JavaScript, and React.
• Design, optimize, and maintain data models and database queries with SQL Server and Azure SQL.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, designers, and other engineers.

Nice to have:

• Work with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Modernize desktop applications and migrate solutions to web-based environments.
• Write unit, integration, and automated tests.
• Apply application security principles and data protection regulations (GDPR).
• Integrate with third-party systems and various APIs.
• Use design patterns such as MVVM for WPF applications.
• Experience with Entity Framework, SignalR, REST API, Web API, and microservices architecture.
• Use AI tools in day-to-day workflow.
