Generative AI Artist

Wojan Studio is building a new animation division focused on creating family entertainment for global audiences, based in Warsaw, Poland.

• 3+ years of professional experience in the creative industry.
• Strong foundation in video editing and a good understanding of visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with, and an active interest in, Generative AI tools.
• High adaptability, self-reliance, and a proactive approach to creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and strong task ownership.
• Working proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• A background in drawing, traditional art, or storyboarding.
• Post-production skills, particularly in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with node-based AI tools and workflows (e.g., ComfyUI).
• Basic coding skills or experience with "vibe coding."
• Understanding of cinematography, photography, camera work, and lighting principles.

• Drive visual narratives and storytelling through video editing and sequence assembly.
• Create video and image assets using generative tools.
• Blend generative AI outputs with traditional post-production techniques.
• Solve creative and technical challenges by integrating new tools and adapting to evolving AI workflows.

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and requires regular on-site collaboration with the creative team.
