Enterprise SaaS Platform Engineer

Square One Resources is hiring for a Senior Product Owner role within the Digital Infrastructure Portfolio of the Digital Workplace domain, focusing on Enterprise Directory Services including On-Premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID across IT and Operational Technology (OT) landscapes.

• Proven experience as a SaaS Platform Engineer, SaaS Administrator, Digital Workplace Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Solid understanding of user management, permission models, access governance, platform configuration, security, and compliance principles.
• Experience supporting collaboration, innovation, digital workplace, or AI-powered SaaS platforms.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical solutions.
• Experience creating automation workflows and lightweight integrations.
• Basic to intermediate software development skills.
• Practical knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript or TypeScript, Webhooks, API integrations, low-code/no-code platforms, and Power BI reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large enterprise or multinational organizations.
• Understanding of SaaS governance, security, compliance, and vendor management processes.
• Experience supporting global user communities and distributed stakeholder groups.
• Exposure to AI-powered SaaS solutions and emerging AI technologies.
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product-oriented operating models.
• Experience working in digital workplace environments.

Enterprise SaaS Platform Ownership & Administration:

• Own, administer, and continuously improve a portfolio of enterprise SaaS platforms such as Miro, Synthesia, Slack, UserTesting, and AI prototyping platforms.
• Manage platform configurations, user administration, permissions, access models, workflows, templates, and security settings.
• Define and maintain platform standards, governance models, and operational best practices.
• Support platform adoption by creating guidelines, documentation, and enablement materials.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, feature releases, roadmap reviews, and vendor coordination.

Technical Platform Management & Support:

• Act as a technical point of contact for SaaS platforms and business users.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve platform-related incidents, technical issues, and service requests.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth user adoption across enterprise teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and data protection standards.

Automation, Integration & Solution Development:

• Design, build, and maintain lightweight integrations and automation workflows.
• Connect SaaS platforms with enterprise systems using APIs and automation frameworks.
• Develop scripts and technical solutions to improve platform efficiency and user experience.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, TypeScript, Webhooks, and low-code/no-code automation tools.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives using tools such as Power BI.
