Security Awareness Specialist

Link Group is seeking a Security Awareness Specialist to elevate their organization's cyber safety culture through educational campaigns and internal communications.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Security Awareness, Internal Communications, Educational Content Design, Marketing, or Learning & Development.
• Solid understanding of core cybersecurity principles, common threat vectors such as social engineering and phishing, and safe operational habits.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with storytelling and brand-building abilities.
• Demonstrated capability in creating interactive learning materials and digital media using standard content tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously while influencing stakeholders across departments.

Nice to have:

• Experience scaling awareness programs in large-scale or global enterprises.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or ISC2 Cybersecurity certifications.
• Familiarity with security dynamics in both IT and Industrial Control / Operational Technology (OT) environments.

• Author and publish engaging digital assets, including interactive e-learning modules, newsletters, video tutorials, and executive presentations.
• Design and roll out end-to-end security training initiatives aimed at fostering safe digital habits company-wide.
• Translate complex cybersecurity threats, policies, and best practices into clear, business-centric language.
• Curate and maintain the security awareness knowledge hub on SharePoint and internal channels.
• Utilize generative AI and modern content tools to innovate educational materials.
• Collaborate with IT Security specialists, business leaders, and third-party vendors to align awareness initiatives with organizational risks.
• Define metrics and track KPIs to evaluate program reach, behavioral change, and effectiveness.
