Software Engineer (Java / Angular)

Inteca is a software house specializing in designing and developing complex enterprise systems. They create solutions for organizations demanding the highest quality, security, and reliability. They develop PractIQ, an AI platform that automates the entire SDLC process to change how such solutions are created, focusing on solution design, technical decision-making, and effective collaboration with AI agents. Inteca is looking for an experienced software engineer to co-create the future of AI engineering in enterprise projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Technical education in computer science, mathematics, physics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot (Core, Data) and ability to write clean, testable code.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using JUnit.
• Comfortable working with algorithms, data structures, and relational databases.
• Understanding of concepts such as SOA, REST, SOAP, microservices, and OpenAPI.
• Experience with container orchestration systems like Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Familiarity with design and integration patterns and practical application thereof.
• Proficiency in Polish and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing systems with Model Driven Development approaches including BPMN and UML.
• Knowledge of Angular and willingness to work on frontend.
• Experience with Apache Kafka or Keycloak and confidence in these technologies.

• Creating and designing enterprise applications in Java/Spring Boot/Quarkus and Angular/WebComponents.
• Building and developing business process automation on a BPMS platform.
• Designing REST/SOAP services and microservice architectures including usage of Spring, Quarkus, and ESB.
• Improving and developing existing systems.
• Optimizing application performance, stability, and speed.
