Senior Golang Developer

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• At least 3 years of commercial experience with Go (Golang)
• Experience designing distributed systems and microservice architecture
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Experience with REST API and gRPC
• Familiarity with Gin Framework
• Experience with Redis and Elasticsearch
• Understanding of architectural patterns (Clean Architecture / Hexagonal Architecture)
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience with Kibana, Grafana, Sentry
• Experience in Agile/SAFe environments

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications in Go
• Create and develop microservices and integrations with external systems
• Design solutions following architectural best practices (Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture)
• Ensure code quality via code reviews and unit/integration testing
• Optimize application performance and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with product teams and business stakeholders
• Participate actively in technical decisions and propose new solutions
• Support the team through mentoring
