Business Systems Analyst III (Salesforce)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce application and CRM analytics scalable to Go-to-Market solutions
• 3+ years system implementation experience including functional design and QA
• Strong knowledge of Sales business processes in the Lead-to-close cycle
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration with other applications/systems
• Understanding of API integration with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms
• Proven project management skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work with diverse partners inside and outside the organization
• Openness to learning about emerging cloud technologies within the GTM landscape

Nice to have:

• Experience in systems implementation practice, management consulting, or fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of Marketing systems

• Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and other GTM stakeholders to ensure GTM systems enhancements and upgrades meet business requirements and priorities
• Assist with planning, evaluation, and implementation of functionalities and features in Salesforce systems
• Own vetting end-user business requirements, solution specification design, configuration, project management, implementation, and system integration
• Implement lead life cycle flow and recommend enhancements based on Sales systems roadmap
• Manage schedules and communicate changes to stakeholders
• Ensure system quality and program standards meet objectives and desired results
• Work closely with business partners to define requirements and ensure solutions deliver best-in-class results and business processes
• Enhance data integrity through design, maintenance, and security in Salesforce
• Work on cross-functional projects involving customer success and related GTM systems

Remote work requires presence in assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week in Warsaw.
