Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET/Desktop/Web)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field is a plus
• 2–5 years commercial experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 6+
• Experience developing and maintaining desktop applications (WinForms and/or WPF)
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with React or another modern frontend framework
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud solutions
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-structured code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders
• English proficiency at minimum B1/B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes
• Knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience modernizing desktop applications and migrating to web-based environments
• Understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience writing unit, integration, and automated tests
• Knowledge of application security principles and GDPR
• Experience with ERP, HR, or payroll systems
• Familiarity with Entity Framework, SignalR, REST API, Web API, and microservices architecture
• Experience integrating with third-party systems and APIs
• Knowledge of the MVVM pattern and best practices for WPF applications
• Experience using AI tools in workflow

• Develop, maintain, and modernize desktop and web applications on the .NET platform
• Work across backend and user-facing interfaces using JavaScript and React
• Design, optimize and maintain data models and database queries
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, designers, and engineers for high-quality solutions
