• Actively maintain, integrate, and develop the ERP system (Infor M3).
• Identify repetitive processes across departments and propose IT tools for automation.
• Create reports, including SQL-based, to supply real data for business optimization.
• Provide technical support and educate users on new technologies.
• Maintain LAN network performance, monitor logs and alarms.
• Prepare technical instructions and documentation for processes.
• Monitor data security incidents and apply data protection policies.
• Manage databases DB2 and MSSQL and handle data administration.
