[Super Group] Project Manager - PAM Programme

Super Group is a New York Stock Exchange-listed digital gaming company operating across 17 countries with more than 3,200 people. It owns leading Sports and iGaming brands including Betway and Jackpot City.

• Proven track record (typically 6+ years) delivering complex, multi-team technology programmes, ideally in iGaming, fintech, payments, or regulated high-throughput digital environments.
• Hands-on experience running projects across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with judgement to select appropriate approaches.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, GitHub (Projects/Issues), and Azure DevOps, including configuring boards, workflows, reports, and integrations.
• Experience working across cross-discipline teams and organizational boundaries.
• Ability to gather bottom-up estimates from technical teams and consolidate into credible top-down plans and business cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with both technical sessions and C-suite communication.
• Sharp risk management instincts and bias for early, honest escalation.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Player Account Management, wallet, KYC, AML, bonusing, or regulatory reporting platforms.
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional regulated environments (UKGC, MGA, provincial Canadian or African regulators).
• Formal certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or SAFe.
• Experience working across multiple operating companies or group/holding structures.

• Own end-to-end project delivery for assigned PAM workstreams across multiple operating companies, brands, and geographies.
• Partner with engineering leads, product managers, architects, compliance, trading and commercial stakeholders to gather effort estimates, validate assumptions, and assemble delivery plans.
• Build and maintain strategic business cases including scope, cost, capacity, milestones, dependencies, risks, and expected commercial impact.
• Run delivery cadences using Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
• Manage programme tooling including Jira, GitHub Projects, and Azure DevOps.
• Surface and resolve cross-team dependencies and bottlenecks early; escalate options clearly.
• Drive governance with steering committees, status reports, RAID logs, change control, and stakeholder communications.
• Champion delivery discipline and continuous improvement including retrospectives and metrics.
