Technical Program Manager

For our client from the logistics industry, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the Technology Strategy & Governance team. They build IT solutions for over 200 organizations and focus on Scandinavian values with 30 years of experience.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical program management in complex tech environments
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Proven experience running governance structures, presenting to stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage SLAs/SLOs, track technical dependencies, and use analytics data to influence decisions
• Strong initiative in resolving blockers, coordinating vendors, and optimizing delivery workflows
• Advanced proficiency in English and Polish

• Craft comprehensive program plans including objectives, milestones, release roadmaps, and dependency mapping connecting technical scope to business outcomes
• Oversee technical integrations and non-functional requirements such as SLAs/SLOs, security, and operability
• Track key architectural decisions and risk logs (RAID)
• Manage inter-team dependencies and identify potential priority conflicts
• Design and facilitate governance processes like steering committees, rollout readiness checks, and executive status reporting
• Establish program KPIs and health metrics using product/user analytics
• Integrate AI tools for efficiency in scenario testing, metrics validation, and reporting
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors aligning on SLAs/OLAs
• Drive continuous improvement and guide Associate TPMs to elevate team standards
