German-speaking PMO

• Proven PMO experience in large-scale, multi-stream transformation environments.
• Strong synthesis skills to translate technical details into executive messages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German (min. C1) and English.
• Confidence engaging with senior business leaders and distributed delivery teams.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in PMO, Project Management, or Program Governance in Financial Services or Technology Transformation.
• Experience with RAID logs, action trackers, and executive status packs.
• Willingness to work hybrid with at least 50% onsite presence and to travel to Germany.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proactive ownership mindset.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Wealth & Asset Management, Banking, Capital Markets, Securities, or Fund Operations.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps tools.
• Recognized project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PSM, AgilePM, or PMP.
• Experience interfacing with stakeholders in the DACH region.

• Support the establishment and management of the program governance model, reporting structures, meeting cadence, and delivery routines.
• Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), decision records, and milestone tracking across all workstreams.
• Synthesize stream-level inputs into steering committee decks and executive status reports in German and English.
• Drive coordination across workstreams including E2E Architecture, Vendor/Provider Management, Product/Operations, Change Management, and Quality Assurance.
• Monitor deliverable progress, enforce quality gates, track action items, and ensure adherence to deadlines and SLAs.
• Assist with capacity planning, resource tracking, and onboarding of global delivery services resources.
• Ensure consistent use and health of project tooling including Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Excel trackers, and PowerPoint reporting.
• Act as key contact for onsite coordinators, client-facing teams, and client counterparts.
