Senior Software Solutions Architect (m/f/x)

Our client is a global digital transformation company specializing in data- and AI-driven solutions with an interdisciplinary team of more than 1,000 experts worldwide.

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in technical consulting
• Proven experience planning, facilitating, and structuring technical workshops
• Extensive experience in technical leadership and/or solution architecture design
• Strong software engineering background and ability to work across a wide range of technologies, architectures, and ecosystems
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD processes
• Curiosity and interest in understanding complex IT landscapes and performing “architecture archaeology” to identify the best solutions
• Interest in supporting sales processes and translating client needs into effective solutions
• Excellent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken, C1
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to combine strategic vision with practical implementation requirements
• Passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge

• Advise clients and facilitate technical workshops with customers and their service providers
• Take on technical project leadership, including solution design, specifications, and effort estimation in agile software development projects
• Design and document the overall architecture of large software systems consisting of multiple applications and their interactions
• Define system-wide architecture, design, and implementation guidelines and best practices
• Coach, mentor, and support software developers and other team members
• Select and evaluate tools and systems that meet business requirements
• Support sales activities and proposal development, including technical solution design and effort estimation
• Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends
