Fullstack Software Engineer (react/next.js + .net)

They focus on products that transform recruitment processes and use AI in both product development and daily team work.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer
• Very good knowledge of TypeScript and experience with React / Next.js
• Very good knowledge of C# and ASP.NET
• Experience in developing frontend applications and backend/APIs
• Practical experience with SSR and web application performance optimization
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
• Experience working with design systems and styled-components or similar
• Ability to create and develop responsive designs
• Practical knowledge of microservice architecture
• Code quality awareness and practice in writing tests
• Knowledge of basic design patterns and programming best practices
• English language proficiency minimum B2
• Independence, responsibility, and good communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Entity Framework
• Experience with RabbitMQ, MassTransit, and PostgreSQL
• Experience working in product teams
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience with large scale and high availability systems
• Interest in AI and new technologies

• Development and maintenance of systems supporting job portals and key B2B services
• End-to-end design and implementation of new functionalities
• Development of ATS system and AI solutions supporting recruiters
• Working on system architecture at large scale
• Writing automated tests and maintaining production stability
• Participating in code reviews and improving code quality standards
• Collaborating with Product, UX/UI, and QA teams
