ServiceNow Platform Architect

We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our CIT team in Warsaw. The role involves shaping and governing the ServiceNow architecture in a greenfield environment within a regulated enterprise, designing scalable cross-module solutions and driving standards, governance and best practices across the platform.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience including substantial architecture responsibility in complex enterprise environments
• Strong experience designing ServiceNow solutions within demanding compliance, audit and governance requirements
• CSA certification is mandatory
• Preferred additional certifications: CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS CSM, CIS GRC, CIS SecOps, CTA, CMA
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation strategies, architectural best practices, and platform governance
• Experience with AI is a strong plus
• Experience with Git is preferred
• Proven ability to design secure and compliant integrations and enterprise-scale workflows
• Preferred experience designing CMDB/CSDM models integrated with BMC Discovery in complex environments
• Experience contributing to Design Authority reviews and aligning with enterprise architecture is a strong plus
• Experience in highly regulated environments is preferred
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Preferably German language skills

• Shape and assure the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform focusing on stability, performance, security, and maintainability
• Ensure platform architecture aligns with business strategy and supports secure, scalable solutions
• Define and maintain the technical architecture roadmap and contribute to platform release planning
• Identify opportunities to maximize value from ServiceNow investments via automation and standardization
• Define platform and data architecture standards, patterns, and documentation
• Guide teams through solution design, delivery, and environment strategy ensuring alignment with standards
• Enforce technical governance through standards, architecture reviews, and design authority practices
• Design cross-module solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, HRSD and related platform capabilities
• Define and drive the CMDB and service modelling strategy (CSDM) and oversee CMDB health and evolution
• Translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions and communicate architectural decisions
• Collaborate closely with Platform Owner and Enterprise Architecture ensuring alignment with governance and security
• Challenge legacy requirements and help evolve the platform through standardization, simplification and scalable design principles
