VeloBank S.A. is a dynamic financial institution with offices in Warszawa, Wrocław, and Katowice. The IT department includes programmers, testers, and administrators who develop and maintain transactional systems, electronic banking, sales systems, CRM, and other applications.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in training, optimizing, and deploying ML models.
• Experience with AI/ML-based data extraction and OCR projects.
• Good knowledge of Python and related libraries (Langchain, LangGraph, FastAPI, Pydantic, NumPy, Pandas).
• Experience with large language models such as GPT and Gemini.
• Ability to implement embeddings and work with vector databases.
• Experience creating conversational applications based on LLM.
• Practical knowledge of the Azure platform (AI Services, OpenAI Service, App Services, Azure Functions).
• Ability to deploy and manage AI models in production environments.
• Higher education in computer science or related field (or in progress).
• Very good English and fluent Polish in speech and writing.
• Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
• Attention to detail and data quality.
• Effective communication and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people.
• Teamwork skills and adaptability to changing conditions.

Nice to have:

• Experience preparing, cleaning, profiling, and analyzing unstructured data quality.
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML model quality metrics including precision, recall, F1, accuracy, calibration, confusion matrix, and false positives/negatives analysis.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Design and develop AI applications in Python, including those based on language models and GenAI libraries.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor AI models, chatbots, and other applications in cloud environments.
• Integrate AI solutions with business systems through APIs.
• Track latest trends in artificial intelligence and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions.
