IT Project Manager (German/English)

Primaris Services is an IT company with over 250 experts and 15 years of experience in the Polish and international markets. They execute complex projects in various sectors including banking, insurance, healthcare, robotics, energy, and media, serving over 40 active clients. Their activities cover building systems from scratch, development, maintenance, product implementations, team allocations, and serving as a Gold Partner of UiPath in Robotic Process Automation.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proficient in English and German at C1 level.
• Experience in software or professional services as a vendor or partner.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing teams of 2–5+ members.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and scope.
• Technical higher education (Computer Science).
• Proficient with MS Project and MS Office; knowledge of PMO best practices.
• Possession or readiness to obtain within 3 months one of the following certifications: PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, Agile PM, preferably ITIL v4 Foundation.

• Manage and lead multiple complex implementation projects for enterprise clients.
• Ensure effective project delivery from initiation, planning, execution, testing, and launch to operational support handover.
• Build and maintain client relationships at decision-making levels.
• Manage communication between teams and support problem resolution.
• Maintain high quality of delivered solutions.
• Work within international project environments involving ECM and IP systems.

The recruitment process includes a phone interview (up to 30 min), a remote language proficiency verification in German and English (15 min), and a remote meeting with the Product Owner (30-60 min).
