DevOps Engineer

Grape Up is a consulting & technology company helping enterprises create applications by leveraging AI and cloud-native technologies. Their projects involve cooperation with international clients from government and industries such as automotive, insurance, and finance. They are building and operating an on-prem data platform focused on AWS infrastructure with Kubernetes, automation, and collaboration with data engineering teams.

• Experience with AWS services (VPC, EC2, EKS, ECS, S3, IAM, Cognito and others)
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Solid knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline and deployment automation (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD or similar tools)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Good command of English (B2+/C1) and fluency in Polish (minimum B2 level)

• Maintain, operate, and continuously improve AWS infrastructure using Terraform code
• Deploy, configure and manage multiple Kubernetes clusters
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD
• Ensure high platform reliability, scalability, and observability with proper monitoring and logging
• Automate infrastructure and platform operations using Python scripts or Ansible playbooks
• Collaborate closely with platform users and developers to support workload migration and enhance observability and security
