AI Architect

• Over 5 years of experience developing production-grade AI/ML and data systems
• Proven technical leadership as Staff / Principal Engineer or Software Architect
• Proficient in Python programming, especially for web, AI/ML, and data engineering
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning (including NLP and Computer Vision) and frameworks such as PyTorch and Huggingface
• Deep expertise in LLMs, advanced prompt engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, document processing, vector/hybrid search, LLM fine-tuning, and evaluation metrics
• Strong expertise with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and related ML platforms (e.g., Vertex AI) and MLOps best practices
• Experience delivering complex AI/ML projects from POC to production with continuous improvement
• Practical experience in full project SDLC including frontend, backend, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability
• Deep domain knowledge in at least one of Finance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Retail industries
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for UX design, architecture, market research, and coding

• Lead and support AI pre-sales activities, assessments, and discovery workshops
• Plan AI projects for Fortune-1000 enterprises and lead AI/ML engineering teams on client accounts
• Build hands-on POCs and prototypes during pre-sales processes
• Create and bring to market solutions in enterprise AI and generative AI
• Drive innovation through R&D activities and lead R&D teams
• Lead discovery phases and initial development for new AI projects and programs
• Collaborate to ensure the right tools and processes for AI/ML solution delivery
• Develop AI practice through training, mentoring, and hiring
• Develop relationships with technology partners such as GCP, AWS, Azure, and NVIDIA
