• minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze IT, w tym doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem
• doświadczenie we współpracy z Zarządem lub kadrą managerską
• prowadzenie projektów transformacji cyfrowej, wdrożenia AI, Business Intelligence lub automatyzacji
• umiejętność przekładania języka technologii na język biznesu
• zdolność do budowania relacji i zdobywania zaufania managerów
• samodzielność i dobra adaptacja w dynamicznym środowisku
• umiejętność porządkowania złożonych tematów i nadawania priorytetów
• chęć uczestniczenia w realizacji strategii, nie tylko w jej tworzeniu
• odpowiedzialność za efekty pracy i doprowadzanie projektów do końca
• zainteresowanie realnym wpływem na rozwój organizacji

Strategia technologiczna:

• tworzenie i realizacja strategii technologicznej BFI
• wyznaczanie kierunku rozwoju AI, automatyzacji i wykorzystania danych
• identyfikowanie obszarów, w których technologia może zwiększać efektywność biznesu

Transformacja i wdrożenia:

• prowadzenie kluczowych projektów technologicznych od pomysłu do wdrożenia
• współpraca z managerami przy wdrażaniu zmian

• rozwój zespołu IT oraz współpraca z Managerem IT
