Technical Program Manager / Project Manager

• 3–5 years of experience in managing technology programs or projects.
• At least 2 years leading multi-team end-to-end technology programs.
• Experience in program planning, value slicing, release roadmap creation, and management of non-functional requirements such as SLA/SLO, security, and operability.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Practical experience with MS Office, Jira, and Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language.
• High competencies in stakeholder management, organized communication, and reporting.
• Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

• Lead end-to-end technology programs collaborating with multiple teams, including preparation of plans, roadmaps, milestones, and critical paths.
• Manage dependencies, risks, integration points, and priority conflicts among teams.
• Conduct program governance including steering committees, decision reviews, readiness reviews, status updates, and deployment reviews.
• Maintain RAID and dependency logs ensuring transparent monitoring of risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions.
• Define and monitor program KPIs aligned with business objectives and use data for decision making.
• Coordinate collaboration with vendors and external partners including SLA/OLA management.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations teams to ensure organized communication and effective reporting.
• Support continuous improvement through feedback, retrospectives, and mentoring Associate TPMs when needed.
