Senior Quality Engineer

The project involves working with TUI, a leading global leisure, travel, and tourism company.

• 5+ years of experience in testing with a good understanding of testing concepts
• Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript automation
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and related integrations
• Experience with API testing (Rest API)
• Experience with Playwright (Test Runner, API Testing, Request Interception, PageObject pattern)
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Proficiency in end-to-end application testing
• Familiarity with GitLab CI and related automation tools
• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English

• Design, execute, and optimize automated tests across the entire testing pyramid, including functional, integration, contract, performance, and load testing
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD processes
• Advocate for high-quality feature specifications in collaboration with Product Owners
• Act as the sole QA Engineer in the team by designing meaningful test cases and implementing automation
• Ensure tests are reliable, reusable, and reflect strong understanding of product flow and quality principles
• Assist in developing test strategies, creating test harnesses, and implementing ongoing metrics
