Senior System Analyst (she/he/they)

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System or Business-System Analyst within a complex ecosystem of integrations and system dependencies.
• Proficient in process modeling and solution design using UML and BPMN.
• Understanding of enterprise-class system architecture, integrations, APIs, and data flows between applications.
• Experienced in conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews, and refinement sessions.
• Skilled in creating clear analytical and technical documentation to support product development and team work.
• Proactive approach, responsibility ownership, and initiative in improving team workflows or role practices.
• Comfortable working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Nice to have:

• Utilizing AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Codex to enhance daily work.

• Analyze business and system processes (as-is/to-be) and design improvements supporting product development.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system requirements and backlog.
• Create and develop analytical and technical documentation, including use cases, user stories, process maps, and diagrams in UML / BPMN.
• Analyze solution architecture and dependencies among modules, services, and systems in an enterprise environment.
• Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, development teams, product users, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze data, user reports, and implementation results to recommend solutions enhancing system quality and efficiency.
